Healthy Heart class was started here over 30 years ago by Windham Hospital. The class is well attended and several of it's founding members take turns running the class each week.
The class uses hand weights and exercise bands which are provided here. It is both an upper and lower body strenghtening workout.
It is free and walk-ins are welcomed and encouraged.
